| Abstract: | تناولت هذه الدراسة موضوع المشاريع الجوارية للتنمية الريفية المندمجة ودورها في بعث التنمية المحلية المستدامة في المناطق الريفية بولاية ميلة خلال فتر )ة ،(2014-2009حاولنا من خلالها تبيان أثر هذه ّ المشاريع في تحقيق تنمية محلية مستدامة، وقد بينت النتائج في النهاية محدودية أثر هذه المشاريع على الجوانب الاقتصادية والاجتماعية للمناطق الريفية على مستوى ولاية ميلة، نظرا لضعف نسب الانجاز المادي والمالي لها، ولهذا توصي الدراس ّ ة بضرورة علاج الأسباب والصعوبات المتسببة في ذلك، ولعل أهمها نقص التنسيق بين المتدخلين وعدم كفاءة بعض مؤسسات الانجاز |
| Description: | This study dealt with the issue of neighborhood projects for integrated rural development and its role in promoting sustainable local development in the rural areas of the state of Mila during the period (2009-2014), in which we tried to show the impact of these projects in achieving sustainable local development. On the economic and social aspects of the rural areas at the level of the mandate of Mila, Due to the weak rates of achievement of material and financial for them, Therefore, the study recommends the need to address the causes and difficulties causing this, Perhaps the most important of which is the lack of coordination among the participants and the inefficiency of some institutions of achievement. |
