dc.description	this study aimed to shed light on the policy of public spending in all its aspects, where public expenditure is very important and is considered as a financial policy instrument used in Algeria in order to achieve economic development,which is one of the most important challenges facing countries through the adoption of public spending on a range of indicators such as investment, employment and unemployment. The public expenditure in Algeria has experienced several developments highlighting the role of the state in the expenditure process in order to satisfy the general needs of the members of society. This study showed that public expenditure in Algeria contributes to the impact of the indicators of economic development under study, by reducing nemployment rates and increasing both employment and investment, but this role remains insufficient ompared to the size of the public expenditure carried out by Algeria during the period (2001 - 2017)	en_US
dc.description.abstract	هدفت هذه الدراسة لإلقاء الضوء على سياسة الإنفاق العام من مختلف جوانبه، إذ يعتبر الإنفاق العام ذو أهمية بالغة ومن أدوات السياسة المالية المطبقة في الجزائر التي تهدف إلى تحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية، والتي تعد من أهم التحديات التي تشغل الدول وذلك من خلال اعتماد الإنفاق العام على مجموعة من المؤشرات مثل الاستثمار، التشغيل والبطالة. إن النفقات العامة في الجزائر قد شهدت عدة تطورات حيث يبرز دور الدولة في عملية الإنفاق وذلك بغية إشباع الحاجات العامة لأفراد المجتمع. ومن خلال هذه الدراسة تبين أن الإنفاق العام في الجزائر يساهم في التأثير على مؤشرات التنمية الاقتصادية محل الدراسة، وذلك بتخفيض معدلات البطالة وزيادة كل من التشغيل والاستثمار، لكن يبقى هذا الدور غير كافي مقارنة بحجم الإنفاق العام الذي قامت به الجزائر خلال لفترة(.	en_US
