dc.description	The study highlighted the importance and effectiveness of Islamic financing tools in financing the deficit of the state budget through Islamic instruments. Our study focused on the most important international experiences in the use of Islamic instruments and then focus on presenting the evolution of Algeria's budget deficit For the period (2000-2017). Then we touched upon the clarification of the most important challenges facing the activation of these instruments in Algeria and proposing the necessary solutions for their success	en_US
dc.description.abstract	تناولت هذه الدراسة عرض الحلول لمشكلة العجز الموازني من منظور الاقتصاد الإسلامي، حيث أبرزت هذه الدراسة أهمية وفعالية أدوات التمويل الإسلامي في تمويل عجز الميزانية العامة للدولة بواسطة الصكوك الإسلامية، فركزت دراستنا على أهم التجارب الدولية في استخدام الصكوك الإسلامية ثم التركيز على عرض تطور عجز ميزانية الجزائر للفترة ( ،)0202-0222كما تناولت هذه الدراسة البيئة التشريعية والقانونية للجزائر وأهم المعوقات التي تقف أمام تفعيل الصكوك الإسلامية في الجزائر بالإضافة إلى الجهود المبذولة في مجال تشريع الصكوك الإسلامية في الجزائر والتي لا تزال بعيدة المنال، ولذلك عليها أن تستفيد من التجارب الدولية لاستخدام الصكوك الإسلامية كبديل عن أدوات التمويل التقليدية	en_US
