dc.description	This study aimed to determine the extent to which corporate governance contributes to improving the financial performance of economic institutions. This study examined a sample of economic institutions in the state of Mila. We relied on a questionnaire distributed to three joint-stock economic institutions in the state of Mila. The study sample consisted of 69 respondents. The data collected was analyzed using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS (.It was concluded that the contribution of corporate governance to improving the financial performance of the institutions in the study sample was moderate, as respondents expressed oderate support for the contribution of both corporate governance mechanisms and principles to improving the financial performance of their institutions.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	هدفت هذه الد راسة إلى معرفة مدى مساهمة حوكمة الشركات في تحسين الأداء المالي للمؤسسات الاقتصادية د را سة حالة عينة من المؤسسات الاقتصادية بولاية ميلة، وقد اعتمدنا في ذلك على استبيان وزع على ثلاث مؤسسات اقتصادية ذات أسهم في ولاية ميلة، حيث بلغت عينة الد را سة 69 مستجوب، حيث تم تحليل البيانات المحصلة باستخدام برنامج الرزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية. وقد تم التوصل إلى أن مساهمة حوكمة الشركات في تحسين الأداء المالي للمؤسسات عينة الد را سة كانت متوسطة، حيث كان هناك تأييد متوسط لإجابات المستجوبيف حول مساهمة كل من آليات ومبادئ حوكمة الشركات في تحسين الأداء المالي بمؤسساتهم.	en_US
