| Abstract: | تتمحور هذه الد را سة حول إشكالية مدى إمكانية تبني العملات الرقمية في النظام المالي الجزا ئري، في ظل ما تطرحه من تحديات قانونية وتقنية، وتهدف إلى معرفة مدى توافق هذه العملات مع بيئة الاقتصاد الجزا ئري وإبرا ز فرص استخدامها في تعزيز الشمول المالي وتحديث المعاملات . اعتمدنا في هذه الد را سة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لد را سة المفاهيم المرتبطة بالعملات الرقمية، والمنهج المقارن لتحليل تجارب دولية، إلى جانب تقييم واقع النظام المالي الجزا ئري . توصلت الد را سة إلى أن الجزا ئر رغم مواجهتها لعقبات تنظيمية وبنيوية، إلا أنها تملك فرصًا واعدة لتبني العملات الرقمية، خاصة إذا توافرت بيئة قانونية مناسبة ودعم مؤسساتي فعال |
| Description: | This study revolves around the issue of the feasibility of adopting digital currencies within the Algerian financial system, considering the legal and technical challenges they present. It aims to assess the compatibility of these currencies with the Algerian economic environment and to highlight the opportunities they offer in enhancing financial inclusion and modernizing transactions. We adopted a descriptive-analytical approach to examine concepts related to digital currencies, as well as a comparative method to analyze international experiences, in addition to evaluating the current state of the Algerian financial system. The study concludes that, despite facing regulatory and structural obstacles, Algeria holds promising prospects for adopting digital currencies—especially if an appropriate legal framework and effective institutional support are established. |
