dc.description	This study aims to analyze the contribution of the New Development Bank, affiliated with the BRICS bloc, in financing foreign direct investment, with a focus on the opportunities it offers to Algeria in its efforts to diversify external funding sources and confront current economic challenges. The researchers adopted a descriptive and analytical methodology by addressing the conceptual framework of foreign direct investment and the BRICS grouping, in addition to an applied study of international experiences that benefited from the Bank’s financing in sectors such as infrastructure, energy, and transportation. The study revealed that the New Development Bank not only provides financing but also contributes to supporting economic policies and enhancing the investment climate. It represents an alternative tool to traditional financial institutions due to its flexible conditions. The findings also showed that Algeria, despite possessing significant economic potential, needs to improve its investment climate and enhance governance indicators in order to effectively benefit from the financing opportunities provided by the Bank, particularly in strategic sectors. The study recommends strengthening cooperation with BRICS countries, aligning national projects with the Bank’s standards, and adopting forward-looking economic planning to attract long-term foreign investment.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل مساهمة بنك التنمية الجديد التابع لتكتل البريكس في تمويل الاستثمارات الأجنبية المباشرة، مع التركيز على الفرص التي يتيحها للجزائر في ظل سعيها إلى تنويع مصادر التمويل الخارجي ومواجهة التحديات الاقتصادية الراهنة. وقد اعتمدت الباحثتان المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، من خلال تناول الإطار المفاهيمي للاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر وتكتل البريكس، بالإضافة إلى دراسة تطبيقية لتجارب دولية استفادت من تمويلات البنك في مجالات البنية التحتية والطاقة والنقل . كشفت الدراسة أن بنك التنمية الجديد لا يقدم فقط التمويل، بل يساهم أيضًا في دعم السياسات الاقتصادية وتعزيز بيئة الاستثمار، ويعد أداة بديلة للمؤسسات المالية التقليدية بفضل شروطه المرنة. كما أظهرت أن الجزائر، رغم امتلاكها لمقومات اقتصادية هامة، تحتاج إلى تحسين مناخها الاستثماري وتعزيز مؤشرات الحوكمة للاستفادة الفعلية من فرص التمويل التي يوفرها البنك، خاصة في القطاعات الإستراتيجية. وتوص ي الدراسة بضرورة تعزيز التعاون مع دول البريكس، وتكييف المشاريع الوطنية مع معايير البنك، واعتماد تخطيط اقتصادي استشرافي لجذب الاستثمار الأجنبي طويل الأجل	en_US
