| Abstract: | يشير موضوع الطاقات المتجددة إلى أىم المناطق والمصادر الرئيسية لمطاقة النظيفة في الجزائر، كونيا طاقة غير مكمفة وغير مموثة لمبيئة، وتتمثل في: الطاقة الشمسية، طاقة الرياح، الطاقة المائية، الطاقة الحرارية. وتعتبر أقدم طاقة استخدميا الإنسان. فيي تتميز بالديمومة والتجدد وىذا ىو الأمر الذي أدى إلى الاعتماد عمييا كبديل لمطاقة التقميدية، ولتحقيق استراتيجيات التنويع الاقتصادي متعدد المجالات. والجزائر كغيرىا من الدول الطاقوية، اىتمت اىتماما كبيرا بالطاقات المتجددة، نظرا لامتلاكيا مناطق ومصادر طاقوية ىامة من أجل تطوير اقتصادياتيا حاضرا ومستقبلا، وذلك من خلال وضعيا برامج استراتيجية طاقوية فعالة تتمثل في إصدار مجموعة من القوانين والإجراءات التحفيزية الاستثمارية والتكنولوجية لتحقيق التنويع الاقتصادي المنشود. كما ىدفت ىذه الدراسة إلى إبراز أىمية التوجو نحو الطاقات المتجددة لتسييل حياة المواطنين وتوفير موارد مالية وطاقوية جديدة، وكذا مناصب شغل في الجزائر، وذلك باستخدام المنيج الوصفي والتحميمي لمكشف عن وضعية الاستثمار في الطاقات المتجددة عمى المستوى المحمي، وقد تم التوصل إلى أن الاستثمار في الطاقات المتجددة يمثل نسب ضئيمة مقارنة بالطاقات التقميدية نظرا لمصعوبات المالية والتكنولوجية الموجودة في قطاع الطاقات المتجددة |
| Description: | Renewable energy refers to the most important areas and sources of clean energy in Algeria, for being inexpensive and non-polluting energy, and it’s consisted of: solar, wind, hydropower, thermal energy. It is the oldest energy used by humans. It is characterized by sustainability and renewal, which has led to eliance on it as an alternative to traditional energy and to achieve multidisciplinary economic diversification strategies. Algeria, like other energy countries, has given great attention to renewable energies, because it possesses important energy areas and resources for the development of its current and future economies through the development of effective energy strategic programs, such as the issuance of a set of laws and incentive measures to achieve economic diversification. The aim of this study was to highlight the importance of moving towards renewable energies to facilitate the lives of citizens and to provide new financial and energy resources as well as jobs in Algeria using a descriptive and analytical approach to uncover the status of investment in renewable energies at the local level. Represent small proportions compared to traditional capacities due to financial and technological difficulties in the renewable energies sector |
