| Abstract: | تعد الأنظمة المالية الحديثة وتكنولوجيا الدفع الإلكتروني من أبرز الابتكا را ت التي تساهم بشكل ملحوظ في تحسين الأداء المالي للمؤسسات، حيث توفر وسائل أكثر كفاءة وسرعة في تنفيذ المعاملات المالية و في هذا الإطار، هدفت الد ا رسة إلى استكشاف دور الدفع الإلكتروني في تحسين مؤشرا ت الأداء المالي للصندوق الوطني للضمان الاجتماعي للعمال غير الأجر ا ء بولاية ميلة، حيث اعتمدت الد را سة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي كأداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات من عينة مكونة من 30 موظفًا من الصندوق، وتم استخدام استبيان كأداة لجمع المعلومات حيث تم تحليل البيانات باستخدام الرزنامة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS) ، مع تطبيق أساليب إحصائية متنوعة مثل المتوسطات الحسابية ونموذج الانحدار حيث أظهرت نتائج الد را سة وجود دور ذو دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة ) 0,05 α≥ ( لمساهمة الدفع الإلكتروني في رفع الأداء المالي |
| Description: | Modern Financial systems and electronic payment technologies are among the most prominent innovations that significantly contribute to improving the financial performance of institutions, as they provide more efficient and faster means for executing financial transactions. In this context, the study aimed to explore the role of electronic payment in enhancing the financial performance indicators of the National Social Security Fund for Non-Salaried Workers in the Wilaya of Mila. The study adopted the descriptive-analytical method as the main approach and collected data from a sample of 30 employees of the fund using a questionnaire as the primary data collection tool. The data were analyzed using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS), applying various statistical methods such as arithmetic means and the regression model. The study results revealed the following There is a statistically significant role at a significance level of (α ≤ 0.05) for the contribution of electronic payment in enhancing financial performance. |
