dc.description.abstractThis study aims to explore the role of financial technology in improving banking services through a case study of the Bank of Agriculture and Rural Development, Mila. We used a descriptive-analytical approach and relied on a set of statistical methods (SPSS). We designed a questionnaire containing (24) items. We distributed 40 paper questionnaires to the study's employees. We were able to use only 36 questionnaires, while the maining questionnaires were not suitable for use and analysis due to their failure to answer all of the questions.The study reached a set of results, the most important of which is that there is a statistically ignificant impact of financial technology on improving banking services at the Bank of Agriculture and Rural evelopment, Mila.en_US
