dc.description	Financial risk management is a vital function within economic institutions, and this management contributes to improving financial performance by reducing potential losses.This study focused on highlighting the extent to which financial risk management contributed to enhancing the financial performance of Sonelgaz Mila through the company's financial indicators and ratios during the study period extending from 2018 to 2023.Based on the results obtained, we find that Sonelgaz Mila recorded positive results in terms of liquidity and achieved financial balance. The institution also achieved a positive treasury, but despite that, it recorded a negative net result for the institution throughout the study period due to the lack of optimal utilization of its fixed and current assets, which leads us to say that financial risk management in Sonelgaz Mila has a weak effectiveness in improving financial performance. Therefore, it is possible to emphasize the need to strengthen the role of financial risk management within the institution, while analyzing all factors affecting its financial performance with the aim of improving it.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	تعد إدارة المخاطر المالية من الوظائف الحيوية داخل المؤسسات الاقتصادية ، وتساهم هذه الإدارة في تحسين الأداء المالي من خلال تقليل الخسائر المحتملة . تمحورت هده الد ا رسة حول إبرا ز مدى إسهام إدارة المخاطر المالية في تعزيز الأداء المالي لمؤسسة سونلغاز ميلة من خلال المؤشرا ت والنسب المالية للمؤسسة خلال فترة الد را سة الممتدة من 2018 - 2023 . استنادا إلى النتائج المتوصل إليها نجد أن شركة سونلغاز ميلة سجلت نتائج إيجابية من حيث السيولة وحققت توازنا ماليا وأيضا حققت المؤسسة خزينة موجبة لكن رغم ذلك سجلت نتيجة صافية سلبية للمؤسسة طول فترة الد را سة بسبب عدم الإستغلال الأمثل لأصولها الثابثة والمتداولة مما يدفعنا إلى القول أن إدارة المخاطر المالية في مؤسسة سونلغاز ميلة ذات فعالية ضعيفة في تحسين الأداء المالي وعليه يمكن التأكيد على ضرورة تعزيز دور إدارة المخاطر المالية داخل المؤسسة مع تحليل كافة العوامل المؤثرة في أدائها المالي بهدف تحسينه .	en_US
