dc.description	Financial crises are among the most prominent phenomena that indicate structural imbalances in the global economic system. Their effects and repercussions extend to all global economies due to the terconnectedness and openness between different countries. Given the increasing interest in understanding the impact of financial crises on global investment movements, this study attempts to analyze the relationship between the 2008 global financial crisis and the reality of foreign direct investment. It concludes that the 2008 global financial crisis had a significant impact both on the inflows of foreign direct investment and on its geographical and sectoral distribution.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	تعتبر الأزمات المالية من أبرز الظواهر التي تعبر عن وجود اختلالات هيكلية في النظام الاقتصادي العالمي تمتد أثارها وتداعياتها على جميع الاقتصاديات العالمية بفعل الترابط والانفتاح بين الدول المختلفة وانطلاقا من الاهتمام المتزايد بفهم تأثير الأزمات المالية على حركة الاستثمارات العالمية ،جاءت هذه الدراسة كمحاولة لتحليل العلاقة بين الأزمة المالية العالمية لسنة 2008 وواقع الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر و خلصت إلى أن الأزمة المالية العالمية لعام 2008 كان لها تأثير كبير سواء على مستوى التدفقات الداخلة للاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر أو على مستوى التوزيع الجغرافي أو القطاعي لها .	en_US
