| Abstract: | هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى محاولة معرفة الوضعیة المالیة المستقبلیة للمؤسسات محل الدراسة باسـتخدام نماذج التنبؤ بـالتعثر المـالي وذلـك لإعطـاء تنبیهـا مبكـرا لاحتمـال وجـود التعثـر بهـا، ممـا یسـاعدها علـى اتخـاذ القرارات الملائمة في الوقت المناسب، ولغرض تحقیق أهداف الدراسة قمنا باسـتخدام كـل مـن نمـوذج Altman Z-scoreونمـوذج Springateونمـوذج Kidaالتـي تتوافـق مـع طبیعـة ونشـاط كـل مـن مؤسسـة سـوناریك و الشركة الفرعیة سیریال قسنطینة بالاعتماد على القوائم المالیة لهما خلال الفترة الممتدة ).(2017-2014 وتوصلت هذه الدراسة إلى أن مؤسسة سوناریك في حالة أمان من التعثر المـالي وفـق النمـاذج الثلاثـة السابقة الذكر، أما الشركة الفرعیة سیریال قسنطینة مهددة بالتعثر المـالي حسـب نمـوذج ،Springateوفـي حالـة أمان من التعثر وفق نموذج ،Kidaأما حسب نموذج Altman Z-scoreسجلت استقرارا نسبیا |
| Description: | The study aimed to determine the future financial situation of some institutions using financial impairment prediction models to give an early warning of the possibility of stumbling,which helps them to make the right decisions in a timely manner. For achieving the objectives of the study both Altman Z - score model, Springate model and the kida model are employed. As they are in line with the nature and activity of Sonaric Corporation and the subsidiary Cyril Constantine based on their financial statements for t he period 2014-2017. The study found that SONARIC is in a safe state of financial stumbling in accordancewith the above three models. However, the subsidiary Cyril Constantine is threatened by financial defaults according to the springate model, in the case of safety of stumbling according to the Kida model, and relatively stable according to Altman W-score Model |
