| Abstract: | تهدف هذه المذكرة إلى د را سة الاعتماد الإيجاري كآلية تمويلية للمؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة، مع التركيز على تجربة بنك الفلاحة والتنمية الريفية BADR ( فرع الأغواط. تم تسليط الضوء على أهمية هذا النوع من التمويل في تجاوز العقبات التي تواجهها هذه المؤسسات في الحصول على الموارد المالية اللازمة لتطوير نشاطها. وقد شملت الد را سة الجانب النظري للاعتماد الإيجاري من حيث المفهوم، الأنواع، المزا يا والمخاطر، إضافة إلى الجانب التطبيقي من خلال تحليل البيانات والمعطيات الخاصة بالاعتمادات الإيجارية المقدمة من طرف البنك محل الد را سة. توصلت المذكرة إلى أن الاعتماد الإيجاري يمثل بديلاً فعالاً للتمويل التقليدي، ويساهم في دعم نمو المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة، بشرط توفير إطار قانوني وتنظيمي. |
| Description: | This thesis aims to study leasing (credit-leasing) as a financing mechanism for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), with a focus on the experience of the Bank of Agriculture and Rural Development (BADR) in the Laghouat branch. The study highlights the importance of this type of financing in overcoming the challenges SMEs face in accessing the financial resources needed to develop their activities. It includes a theoretical overview of leasing—its concept, types, benefits, and risks—as well as a practical analysis of data related to leasing contracts offered by the bank under study. The thesis concludes that leasing is an effective alternative to traditional financing and contributes to the growth of SMEs, provided that a suitable legal and regulatory framework is ensured. |
