| Abstract: | تهدف د را ستنا إلى معرفة تأثير أنظمة الدفع الإلكتروني في تحقيق الشمول المالي، من خلال الأبعاد المتمثلة في السهولة، الرا حة، الأمان، التكلفة، والسرعة، في مديرية بريد الجزا ئر لولاية ميلة، وذلك بإستخدا م المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي ففي المنهج الوصفي تطرقنا إلى المفاهيم المتعلقة بأنظمة الدفع الإلكتروني والشمول المالي، أما المنهج التحليلي فإستعملناه في الد را سة الميدانية التي أجريت على زبائن مديرية بريد الجزا ئر لولاية ميلة والمقدر عددهم ) 65 ( زبون . حيث توصلنا في هذه الد را سة إلى وجود علاقة إيجابية مرتفعة بين الشمول المالي وأنظمة الدفعالإلكتروني مع إختلاف درجة التأثير من بعد لآخر، حيث كانت هناك علاقة إيجابية لبعد السرعة في تحقيق الشمول المالي لدى مديرية بريد الجزا ئر لولاية ميلة على عكس الأبعاد الأخرى |
| Description: | Our study aims to understand the impact of electronic payment systems on achieving financial inclusion, through the dimensions of ease, convenience, security, cost, and speed, at the Algeria Post Office in Mila Province. We used a descriptive and analytical approach. The descriptive approach addressed concepts related to electronic payment systems and financial inclusion. The analytical approach was used in the field study conducted on (65) customers of the Algeria Post Office in Mila Province. In this study, we found a high positive relationship between financial inclusion and electronic payment systems, with the degree of impact varying from one dimension to another. The speed dimension had a positive relationship with achieving financial inclusion at the Algeria Post Office in Mila Province, unlike the other dimensions |
