dc.description.abstract | This study aims to determine the role of creztive leadership in enhancing job stability at Sonelgaz Mila.The study s dimensions included the adoption of three creative leadership tools brainstorming the six Hats ethodology and quality circles the study relied on a descriptive approach and a questionnaire as the main tool for the study which was designed specifcally for this purpose and distributed to a sample of 50employees at the institution with 47 valid questionnaires retrieved and analyzed statististically A positive effect was found between creative leadership and job stability specifically through the breinstorming tool while there was no positive effect of the six hats methodology and quality circles therefore the study recommended the need to pay attention ti the appgication and adoption of these tools in order to enhance and support job stability at sinelgaz mila | en_US |
