dc.description	With the development of the banking industry basel decisions have emerged, with this new situation have become binding and unavoidable for Islamic banks, in order to streng then its position, and meet local and international challenges, it is this sens that this study cones in on attempt to clarily the reality of the application of Islamic banks in Kuwait to the liquidity ration in accordance with the basel3 for the period 2017-2018, have concluded that these Islamic banks, able to keep up with and implement basel3 filters and confirm their place in the financial and banking system	en_US
dc.description.abstract	مع تطور الصناعة المصرفية ظيرت مقررات بازل، وأمام ىذا الوضع المستجد فإن ىذه المعايير أصبحت ضرورية ولا مفر منيا لمبنوك الإسلامية وذلك لتعزيز مكانتيا ومواجية التحديات المحمية والدولية. ومن ىذا المنطمق تأتي ىذه الدراسة في محاولة توضيح واقع تطبيق البنوك الإسلامية في الكويت لنسب السيولة قصيرة وطويمة الأجل وفق مقررات بازل ،3وقد توصمت إلى أن البنوك الإسلامية محل الدراسة قادرة عمى مواكبة وتنفيذ ىاتو النسب، وتؤكد مكانتيا في النظام المصرفي والعالمي وتستفيد من الميزة التنافسية ليا	en_US
