dc.description	This study aims to shed light on the various legal provisions established by the Algerian legislator in the Criminal Court of Appeal under Law No. 17_07 of March 27, 2017, amending and supplementing Order No. 66_155 of June 8, 1966, which includes the Code of Criminal Procedure. The latter gave the accused the right to appeal the rulings issued by the Criminal Court of First Instance and assigned most of the procedures governing it, as these procedures are divided into two stages: Procedures in the preparatory phase related to the criminal trial and others related to the rights of the accused. Procedures in the trial phase related to pleadings, deliberations, and issuance of judgment.It has been concluded that the trial procedures in this court are of paramount importance to lawyers, judges, and all those involved in criminal justice, as they help ensure that trials proceed smoothly and fairly in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. This contributes to establishing community confidence in the justice system and achieving true justice.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	تهدف هذه الد را سة إلى تسليط الضوء على مختلف الأحكام القانونية التي كرسها المشرع الجزا ئري 71 المؤرخ في 71 مارس 7771 المعدل والمتمم _ بمحكمة الجنايات الإستئنافية في ظل القانون رقم 71 711 المؤرخ في 8 جوان 7666 المتضمن قانون الإجر اءات الجزا ئية هذا الأخير الذي _ للأمر رقم 66 أعطى حق للمتهم في إستئناف الأحكام الصادرة عن محكمة الجنايات الإبتدائية وأسند معظم الإجرا ءات التي تحكمها إذ تنقسم هذه الإج ا رءات إلى مرحلتين: إجرا ءات في المرحلة التحضيرية تتعلق بالدورة الجنائية وأخرى تتعلق بحقوق المتهم إجراءات في مرحلة المحاكمة تتعلق بالمرا فعات وأخرى بالمداولة وصدور الحكم	en_US
