dc.description	This study addresses the issue of criminal protection for children under Law 15-12, aiming to assess the effectiveness of the legal framework in protecting both juvenile offenders and children in danger. The analytical method was adopted through an in-depth examination of legal texts, jurisprudence, and national reports. Data was collected via legislative and judicial analysis relating to juvenile justice. The study concludes that Law 15-12 represents a significant step toward child protection, providing legal and procedural safeguards. However, its effectiveness is limited by practical challenges, such as weak coordination among stakeholders, lack of specialized training, and insufficient infrastructure for reintegration. The findings highlight the need for practical reforms to reinforce specialized justice mechanisms and ensure genuine protection for children	en_US
dc.description.abstract	تتناول هذه الدر اسة موضوع الحماية الجزا ئية للأطفال في ظل القانون 15 - 12 ، بهدف تقييم مدى نجاعة هذا الإطار القانوني في حماية الطفل الجانح والطفل في خطر على حد سواء، واعتمدت الد را سة على المنهج التحليلي من خلال تحليل النصوص القانونية ذات الصلة، والاجتهادات القضائية، والتقارير الوطنية، وقد تم جمع المعطيات من خلال د را سة قانونية معمقة للمقتضيات التشريعية والتطبيقات القضائية ذات العلاقة بعدالة الأحداث، وتوصلت الد را سة إلى أن القانون 15 - 12 يُعد خطوة متقدمة في مجال حماية الطفولة، حيث يتضمن العديد من الضمانات القانونية والإجرا ئية، غير أن فعاليته تبقى محدودة في ظل التحديات الميدانية المرتبطة بضعف التنسيق بين الجهات الفاعلة، وقلة التكوين المتخصص، وغياب بنى تحتية ملائمة لإعادة إدماج الأطفال، وتشير النتائج إلى ضرورة إصلاحات ميدانية تُعزّز من آليات العدالة المتخصصة وتضمن الحماية الفعلية للأطفال.	en_US
