| Abstract: | تعالج هذه الد را سة أساليب المعاملة العقابية داخل وخارج المؤسسات العقابية قي التشريع الجزا ئري وذلك من خلال إبرا ز إلى أي مدى وفق المشرع الجز ا ئري فيوضع إطار تشريعي يضمن المعاملات داخل وخارجالمؤسسات العقابية؟وهذا من خلال تحديد الإطار المفاهيمي للمؤسسات العقابية من مفهوم و نشأة و تطور إلى جانب مختلف أنواع المؤسسات العقابية والأنظمة المطبقة فيها وكذا كيفية تنظيمها و العمل على م ا رقبته،وكذا تبيان مختلف أساليب المعاملة داخل وخارج المؤسسات العقابية في التشريع الجزا ئري. وفي النهاية خلصت الد را سة إلى نتائج منها عمل المنظومة العقابية في الجزا ئر على تطبيق مختلف الأساليب التي تساهم في إصلاح المحبوس وإعادة إدماجه في المجتمع. الإعتماد على الجانب التربوي والعليمي والعملي باعتبارهم أساليب هادفة تساهم في إصلاح المتهم و تأهيله. |
| Description: | This study addresses the methods of penalt reatment inside and outside correctional institutions in Algerian legislation. It highlights the extent to which the Algerian legislation orsucceeded in establishing a legislative framework that ensures proper treatment inside and outside correctional facilities. This is achieved by defining the conceptual frame work of penal institutions, encompassing their concept, origin, and development, alongside the various types of correctional institutions and the systems applied with in them, as well as how they are organized and monitored. It also elucidates the various treatment methods inside and outside rectional institutions in Algerian legislation. In the end, the studycon cluded with findings, including the Algerian penal system's efforts to implement variousme thods that contribute to the reform of inmates and theirre integrationin to society. The reliance on educational, scientific, and practical aspects isemphasized, considering them purpose fulme thods that contribute to the reform and rehabilitation of the accused. |
