dc.description	The subject of our study is limited to the guarantees of the accused during the preliminary investigation and trial stages under Algerian legislation. This topic holds significant importance in both national laws and international conventions due to its close connection with the fundamental rights and freedoms of individuals.- The guarantees afforded to the accused are among the most vital mechanisms aimed at protecting individual rights and freedoms throughout the legal process, starting from the investigation stage up to the trial phase. Due to the crucial importance of these guarantees, the Algerian legislator has shown great interest in ensuring the protection of individual rights.- The Algerian legislator has provided a set of both substantive and personal guarantees in an effort to safeguard the rights and freedoms of individuals and has strived to implement them effectively in practice.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	أن موضوع د را ستنا إقتصر حول ضمانات المتهم في مرحلتي التحقيق الإبتدائي والمحاكمة في التشريع الجزائري، حيث إحتل هذا الموضوع مكانة هامة في القوانين والمواثيق الدولية، وذلك لوجود صلة وثيقة جدا مع الحقوق اولحريات الأساسية للأفرا د. - تعتبر الضمانات المتهم من بين أهم الوسائل التي تسعى لحماية حقوق وحريات الأفرا د أثناء، سير الدعوى إبتداء من مرحلة التدقيق لغاية الوصول لمرحلة المحاكمة ونظر للأهمية القصوى لهذه الضمانات أعطى وأولى وأبدى المشرع الجزا ئري إهتمام كبير لضمان حقوة الأفرا د . - المشرع الجزا ئري كفل ومنح مجموعة من الضمانات الموضوعية والشخصية محاولة منه لحماية حوق وحريات الأفرا د من الضياع وسعى جاهد اً لتكريسها في المجال التطبيقي.	en_US
