| Abstract: | Forensic medicine is considered one of the essential pillars of the justice system due to its key role in uncovering the circumstances go crimes and ensuring criminal justice, it provides precise scientific and technical tools that contribute to the analysis of criminal evidence. Through the objective technical reports it produces, forensic medicine assists the judge in gaining a deeper understanding of the disputed facts, enabling them to from a personal conviction based on solid scientific ground and to deliver fair and just rulings.
