| dc.description | In order to keep pace with contemporary criminal politics, and avoid the disadvantages of deprivation of liberty penalties The Algerian legislator approved the regulations governing the adjustment of sentences through the Prisons Organization Act and the social reintegration of prisoners. The aim of this study is to, shed light on the various legal provisions that the Algerian legislator has devoted to each of these regulations, both those that temporarily suspend the execution of sentences depriving liberty or those that terminate sentences depriving liberty, by relying on a descriptive and analytical approach.It has been found that the legislature has to some extent adopted penal adjustment regulations, but still suffers from some shortcomings, especially in terms of legal texts and application | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | من أجل مواكبة السياسية الجنائية المعاصرة، وتجنب مساوئ العقوبات السالبة للحرية، أقر المشرع الجزا ئري أنظمة تكييف العقوبة من خلال قانون تنظيم السجون واعادة الإدماج الإجتماعي للمحبوسين لذلك فإن الهدف من هذه الد را سة، يكمن في تسليط الضوء على مختلف الأحكام القانونية التي كرسها المشرع الجزا ئري لكل نظا م من هذه الأنظمة سواء تلك الأنظمة التي توقف تنفيذ العقوبة السالبة للحرية مؤقتا أو تلك التي تنهي العقوبة السالبة للحرية، وذلك من خلال الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. ولقد تم التوصل الى أن المشرع قد وفق الى حد ما في وضع أنظمة تكييف العقوبة، غير أنها لا تزا ل تعاني من بعض النقائص خاصة من حيث النصوص القانونية ومن حيث التطبيق | en_US |
