dc.description.abstract	تناولت هذه الدراسة موضوع الجريمة المنظمة وآليات مكافحاتها، وقد ركزت هذه الدراسة بالأخص على" آليات مكافحة جريمة غسيل الأموال" بإعتبارها جريمة إقتصادية خطيرة ، حيث تزايد الحديث عن جريمة غسيل الأموال في جميع أنحاء العالم؛ بسبب زيادة أنشطة الجماعات الإجرامية المنظمة في مختلف المجالات، لذلك فقد إحتلت هذه الجريمة مكانة بارزة في جدول أعمال السياسة العالمية، بالإضافة إلى قضايا أخرى مثل الإرهاب الدولي، كما تجدر الإشارة إلى أن جريمة غسيل الأموال تشكل عبئا على مختلف دول العالم، والتي بدورها تبحث عن أفضل الوسائل لمكافحتها والحد من إنتشارها	en_US
