dc.description	La loi précise la catégorie des délinquants juvéniles avec des procédures spéciales qui diffèrent dans leur portée et leur portée de celles prévues pour les adultes, que ce soit en termes de responsabilité pénale ou de suivi et de procès, et tenir compte de la condition et de la personnalité du mineur et viser à le réformer, non pas à le punir. Elle a également précisé les mesures prévues dans la loi sur la protection de l’enfance et a donné au juge des mineurs le pouvoir de les prendre et de les examiner, parmi les centres désignés pour cette catégorie.	en_US
