The termination of an administrative decision in Algerian law, whether through judicial or non-judicial means, is fundamentally based on a set of principles and safeguards that ensure a delicate balance between the interests of public administration and the rights of individuals, while respecting legal and procedural rules. This serves to guarantee judicial oversight and provides the administration with tools to correct its mistakes without violating the principle of legality. The Algerian legislator has given great importance to upholding the principle of legality as one of the key foundations governing the end of administrative decisions. Moreover, high priority has been given to ensuring legal and judicial safeguards that allow the termination of administrative decisions in a lawful and balanced manner.en_US
