dc.description	The Algerian legislator has sought to restrict the powers of the tax administration by regulating its interventions with strict legal provisions. This aims to achieve a balance between its authority to impose taxes and guarantee the rights of taxpayers. The legislator has established a set of legal safeguards that ensure the protection of taxpayers from the arbitrariness of the tax administration in exercising its powers, particularly the tax nvestigation authority.This study aims to analyze the legal and procedural frameworks for tax auditing and highlight the most important legal safeguards dedicated to the benefit of taxpayers, which together constitute an effective protective system.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	سعى المشرّع الجزا ئري إلى تقييد سلطات الإدارة الضريبية من خلال تنظيم تدخلاتها بنصوص قانونية صارمة، وذلك تحقيقاً للتوازن بين سلطتها في فرض الض ا ئب وضمان حقوق المكلف بها. وقد أقرّ المشرّع مجموعة من الضمانات القانونية التي تكفل حماية المكلف من تعسف الإدارة الضريبية أثناء ممارستهار لصلاحياتها، لاسيما سلطة التحقيق الجبائي . وتهدف الدر ا سة إلى تحليل الإطارين القانوني والإجرا ئي للرقابة الضريبية، وتسليط الضوء على أهم الضمانات القانونية المكرسة لفائدة المكلف بالضريبة والتي تشكل في مجموعها نظاما حمائيا فعال .	en_US
