The Algerian legislator has carefully regulated the urban sector by establishing a clear legal framework that balances public interest and individual property rights. the law mandates that the relevant administrative uthorities adhere to prescribed procedures when issuing urban permits (subdivision, construction, demolition) to ensure the preservation of architectural aesthetics and urban design, while granting individuals the right to request these permits by submitting applications accompanied by the necessary documents. decisions must be made in accordance with legal mechanisms. On the other hand, the law imposes strict penalties for violations of urban planning and development rules, aiming to reduce disputes and practical issues arising from lax enforcement of regulations. The legislator has sought to enhance the effectiveness of solutions by trengthening the role of administrative bodies in monitoring compliance with laws and addressing violations, while mphasizing the importance of legal awareness to .avoid penalties .en_US
