The investigation process in an administrative case begins after registering the initial petition before the competent administrative judicial authority, in accordance with specified legal procedures. The investigation involves thorough research, scrutiny, and inquiry by the judge to establish facts. During this process, the dministrative judge plays an active role in seeking the truth and utilizing the legal powers granted to resolve the dispute lawfully.A designated reporting judge is appointed during the investigation process to prepare and set the case for trial. Upon completing the investigation, the reporting judge submits a written report detailing the case. The investigation in administrative cases follows the rules outlined in the Code of Civil and Administrative Procedures, emphasizing the judge's active role and the investigative nature of judicial proceedings. This system allows the administrative judge to employ all legal means, whether traditional or modern, necessary to uncover the truth and form a conviction to resolve the dispute.en_US
