dc.description	The objective of this study is to know the contribution of organizational excellence in improving organizational performance in economic institutions through the three dimensions of organizational excellence, namely, optimal exploration of opportunities, optimal utilization of opportunities and flexible organizational structure. The improvement of organizational performance was addressed from the perspectives of balanced performance card: growth and learning perspective, internal operations perspective, customer perspective and financial perspective. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, a case study technique was used using the questionnaire tool to identify the scenarios of the Sonarik Farjywa Foundation for organizational excellence and its contribution to the improvement of organizational performance. The study included a sample of 35. The results were as follows: - Optimal exploration contributes to opportunities for improved organizational performance; - Optimizing opportunities for improved organizational performance; - The flexible organizational structure contributes to improved organizational performance	en_US
