Abstract

The current research seeks to reveal the Influence of intellectual capital, with its three dimensions (human, structural and relational) on ensuring the quality of higher institutions, which includes various aspects such as :)the quality of faculty members, students, academic programs, educational process, university administration, and scientific research( in universities of eastern Algeria. To achieve the goals of this study, a descriptive-analytical approach was employed,The researcher used the questionnaire to collect data from 477 faculty members across 60 universities in eastern Algeria. In this study the researcher reached to many results: the level of availability of intellectual capital dimensions and the Implementation of indicators of the quality assurance is average in the universities under study. The results indicated a statistically significant effect of the availability of the three dimensions of intellectual capital on ensuring the quality of higher education institutions under study, where each of the three dimensions sequentially explains this impact.
