This study aimed to explore the role of electronic management in enhancing the quality of public services, focusing on key concepts related to electronic management and its elements. It highlighted its relationship with the quality of public services from the perspective of employees in a sample of municipalities in Mila province (Ferdjioua, Wadi El Nejaa, and Rouashed). To achieve its objectives, a questionnaire was developed consisting of three dimensions: personal data, measuring electronic management elements in institutions, and measuring the quality of public services. After collecting and processing the data using SPSS software, 56 questionnaires were analyzed. The study found that one of the most prominent results was that the elements of electronic management, including hardware, software, communication networks, and human resources, have a significant impact on the quality of public services. The study concluded with a set of recommendations, among which was urging the institutions involved to increase their focus on electronic management across its various components, given its significant role in facilitating tasks and providing better services, thus achieving citizen satisfaction.en_US
