dc.description.abstractThe success of the higher education institutions depends on the extent of the changes taking place at the local and international level and the provision of the necessary outputs to meet the internal and external challenges. This can only be achieved through the adoption of new tools, tools and philosophy in its policy to achieve educational quality. As well, this study attempted to highlight the impact of change management on improving the quality of higher education. It relied on a questionnaire distributed to the professors of the Institute of Economic Sciences, Commercial Sciences and Management Sciences at the university center, ABD EL HAFID BOUSSOUF- MILAThe study showed a positive effect for each of the dimensions of change management towards the system of reform: reform, the culture of the institute supporting reform, achieving the objectives of reform, in achieving the quality of higher education at the level of (0.05≤α), while we proved that there is a negative impact (0.05≤α) to improve the quality of higher education from the point of view of the faculty members under study, while it was found that there were no significant differences (0.05≤α) of the personal and functional variables on the attitudes and opinions of the respondents. the study recommends that attention be given to managing change and creating a stimulating and encouraging culture It should also be integrated with society and with its various organizations and interact with different variables and modern cognitive developments.en_US
