dc.description.abstractThis study aims to highlight the role of mortgage loans in addressing the housing sector. To achieve this, a descriptive-analytical method was employed, along with the use of some statistics related to the study topic through an applied study on the Algerian Al Salam Bank. The study's results showed that the demand for mortgage loans in Algeria is continuously increasing due to several factors, including the increasing demand for housing as the state is still unable to meet this demand. Additionally, the beneficiaries of these loans are various members of society due to the presence of flexible procedures for obtaining loans.Al Salam Bank has relied on the Istisna'a formula in real estate financing operations, considering it the most suitable and innovative method in the Algerian real estate market.en_US
