dc.description	This study aims to highlight the role of Shari'ah governance in activating the control system in Islamic banks, by examining the Shari'ah governance of some Kuwaiti Islamic banks. The descriptive and analytical approach was used, which is appropriate to the topic of the study.The study concluded with a number of results, the most important of which is the consideration of governance with its principles, standards and transparency as a safety valve for Islamic banks, which is conditional on the necessity of having a Shari'ah oversight system, and the Shari'ah oversight governance system in the State of Kuwait has developed tremendously during the past years through the Central Bank issuing instructions containing requirements for Shari'ah oversight governance, which achieved the success of the governance system in the Kuwaiti Islamic banks under study.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	تهدف هذه الد را سة إلى إبرا ز دور الحوكمة الشرعية في تفعيل نظام الرقابة في المصارف الإسلامية ،من خلال د را سة حوكمة الرقابة الشرعية لبعض المصارف الإسلامية الكويتية. وقد تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي الذي يتناسب مع موضوع الد را سة. وقد خلصت الد را سة إلى جملة من النتائج أهمها اعتبار الحوكمة بمبادئها ومعاييرها وما تفرضه من شفافية صمام الأمان للمصارف الإسلامية ، و ذلك مشروط بضرورة وجود جهاز للرقابة الشرعية، كما أن نظام حوكمة الرقابة الشرعية في دولة الكويت قد تطور تطو را هائلا خلال السنوات الماضية من خلال قيام البنك المركزي بإصدار تعليمات احتوت على متطلبات لحوكمة الرقابة الشرعية مما حقق نجاحا لنظام الحوكمة في المصارف الإسلامية الكويتية محل الد را سة.	en_US
