dc.description	The works presented in this memory is mainly devoted to the development of a web application for the urban planning based on Web service Google Maps, offering a significant technology on the one hand to the end user, and on the other to the application designer.To ease the urban planning operation, this application gives the opportunity to make drawings «line, polygon, circle, rectangle…» on a map and stocks them as KML files in a data base, with the possibility of measurement calculations.To carry out our work we used UML as a modeling language, JavaScript, HTML, PHP forthe programming and MySQL for the management of the database.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	Le travaille présenté dans ce mémoire est principalement consacré au développement d’une application web pour la planification urbaine basé sur le service web Google Maps, offrant une technologie important vis-à-vis l’utilisateur final d’une part, et du concepteur d’application d’autre part.Pour facilité l’opération de planification urbaine, cette application offre la possibilité de faire des dessins « ligne, polygone, cercle, carré,….» sur une carte et les enregistre comme des fichiers KML dans une base de données, avec la possibilité de faire des mesures sur ces dessins. Pour réaliser notre travail on a utilisé UML comme langage de modélisation, javaScript, HTML, PHP pour la programmation et MySQL pour la gestion de la base de données.	en_US
