dc.description	This study aimed to identify knowledge management and its impact on improving the quality of higher ducation. A field study was conducted at the Abdelhafiz Bou Al-Souf University Center in the state of Mila, where we relied on the field research approach by using the questionnaire as a basic tool for research in addition to the interview, where it was distributed 30 forms for professors. After analyzing the results of the questionnaires, including the various axes they included, important results were reached, which are summarized in the esence of interest in knowledge management at various individual,collective and institutional levels, in addition to the presence of the impact of knowledge on the quality of higher education at the Mila University Center. The study also presented important proposals that would improve the impact of Managing knowledge more effectively, as well as proposing studies related to the research topic .	en_US
dc.description.abstract	هدفت هذه الد را سة إلى التعرف على إدارة المعرفة و أث ا ر في تحسين جودة التعليم العالي، حيث تم إجرا ء د را سة ميدانية بالمركز الجامعي عبد الحفيظ بو الصوف ولاية ميلة، حيث اعتمدنا على منهج البحث الميداني من خلال استخدام الاستبيان كأداة أساسية للبحث فضلا عن المقابلة، حيث تم توزيع 03 استمارة على الأساتذة. وبعد تحليل نتائج الاستبيانات بما تضمنته من محاور متعددة، تم التوصل إلى نتائج هامة تتلخص في وجود اهتمام إدارة المعرفة على مختلف المستويات الفردي، الجماعي والمؤسسة بالإضافة إلى وجود أثر المعرفة في جودة التعليم العالي بالمركز الجامعي ميلة، كما قدمت الد را سة مقترحات هامة من شأنها تحسين أثر إدارة المعرفة بصورة أكثر فعالية فضلا عن اقترا ح د را سات ذات علاقة بموضوع البحث.	en_US
