Abstract

This study aimed to investigate the role of organizational design in creating effective institutions and to nderstand the importance of organizational design. Additionally, it aimed to uncover new scientific findings that serve scientific research. The study followed a descriptive analytical approach to describe and understand what organizational design is and its role in creating institutions that reduce costs compared to market reliance. The study concluded with several key findings, including:Organizational design helps in determining the tructure of the institution and effectively guiding performance.Transaction costs contribute to reducing operating costs for the institution.The institution is organized to commit to specific types of events.The adopted steps in designing an event institution contribute to creating effective institutions
