Abstract

After studing the linguistic situation in Algeria and evaluating the position occupied by the arabic language and the eloquent arabic tongue inside the society.We noticed the deterioration of the linguistic situation and the domination of the foreign language and the colloquial with its different dialects over the classic arabic language, what led to a decline in its use in all the fields. And to take control over the situation, it was an obligatory to improve the linguistic knowledge of the learner and develop it through making a policy and a linguistic planning in order to preserve and maintain the eloquent Algerian arabic.
