Abstract

The conditional sentence is a sentence which expresses the relation ship between one thing with another thing For exemple: if it rains, the trip will be cancelled It has been named condionnel ،because its effects are mpletely based on two parts: the subordinate close which depends on the condition it is called if-clause sentence The main clause wich expresses the result and it is called the mainc clause What is the conditional sentence? The transformational generative theory was interested in grammatical analysis is it did not give too much interest to mening and implication It is no doopt that the transformational generayive model is the most ideal model for all sentences of different types with its ambiguities Now, transformational generative rules are able to unveil its ambiguity,due to the inability of structural rules to do so however,the transformative generative modele whith is application for all sentences, according to michal zakaria, has been changed to a ontemporary linguistics approach whith is based on chomesky’s transformat rules.
