Abstract: This study, tagged "The Politeness of the Intellectual and the Power of the Cat Who Taught Me to Fly for Hashim Graiba", was designed to To reveal the conflict between the intellectual and the Authority, which represents an present struggle in the presence of the human self. After that, we moved to chapter II to reveal the manifestations of the intellectual and power in the novel, where the title of the novel and the title of the study put us in front of two opposing coordinates in a seeming and subconscious format. In the exercise of power and domination by the State, the intellectual seeks to exercise authority in exchange for official authority, and all we have come to do is rule the intellectual more than control the authority in the narrative, That is what we can actually approach because if we consider it, we really find it.
