dc.description	This work involves sequential analysis in clinical trials. We study classical tests and sequential tests and in particular the sequential probability test in statistics. We are interested in the pocock test and the O’Brien and Fleming test and for the 1re species error fixed α=0.05 in order to decrease the number of the sample size in the goal of finding treatment efficiency	en_US
dc.description.abstract	Ce travail comporte l'analyse séquentielle appliquée sur les essais cliniques. Nous étudions les tests classiques et les tests séquentiels et en particulier le test séquentiel de probabilité dans le domaine statistique. Nous intéressons aux tests de pocock et d'O'Brien et Fleming et pour l'erreur de 1ere espèce fixée α = 0.05 à fin de diminuer le nombre de la taille d'échantillon dans le but de trouver l'efficacité de traitement.	en_US
