Abstract

The Abbaside ra was known for a qualitative leap in terms of literature. Especially poetry, as there were poets who came into light with abundance of creativity that they provided in many aspects of poetry.We mention from them, the poet Abi Firas El Hamadani, who was famous for his prisons poetry which we studied narratively, in our dissertation which it titeled the beauties of the poetic narrative, in the prisons poetry of Abi Firas, our dissertation was formed with an introduction and a theoritical part and a practical part, in addition to conclusion. The first part included the concepts of beauty, and the poetic narrative in the Abbaside era, whil the practical part included the prisons poetry of Abi Firas narratively. So we discussed the events, the characters, the place and conflict and we ended our worl with a conclusion which revolved around the most important results.
