Abstract

Our research, entitled "Ethical Values in the Diwan of Osama bin Munqith", dealt with the disclosure of the prominent moral values in the Diwan.This study consisted of an introduction, two chapters and a conclusion. In the introduction, we dealt with the life of the poet, with mention of some of his writings. As for the theoretical chapter, we dealt with the definition of moral values with mentioning their types and their importance in building the individual and society. As for our practical work, it was represented in extracting the most important moral values prominent in the office of Osama bin Al-Munqith, followed by explanation and analysis, and a conclusion that included the most important results of this study.
