Abstract

This research aims to define risk capital as an innovative tool for financing .to show the role of this tool in supporting and financing projects and accompanying them in general ,and in Algeria in particular , and the extent of the contribution of the Algerian Saudi investment company ASICOM as one of the risk capital companies in Algeria and the resurrection of projects thet suffering from inactivity. Where this research concluded that The Algerian Saudi investment Company (ASICOM) is one of the most important investment capital companies despite its recent inception in Algeria ,where it achieved somewhat significant success in the Algerian market compared to other capital companies ,due to its great flexibility in practicing this activity and its response to the various needs of financing projects. Management and administrative accompaniment ,and it was concluded that this technology in Algeria is still somewhat new, where the company must have a spirit of risk to achieve actual development for emerging institutions ,as we relied on the analytical descriptive approach because it with the nature of our topic
