Venture capital offers effective financial support throughout various stages of project and business development, from inception to potential defaults, which sets it apart from other financing approaches. Recognizing the significance of venture capital in fostering the growth of Small and medium enterprises and acknowledging the state's keen interest in this sector, Algeria recently adopted risk capital as a financing mechanism, albeit in its early stages of implementation
