dc.description	هدفت هذه الد را سة إلى تحليل العلاقة بين القروض البنكية و أداء المستثمرا ت الفلاحية خلال الفترة 2013 _ 2022 ، وذلك على مستوى ولاية ميلة، من خلال الاعتماد على بعض المؤشرا ت المحصولية وقد توصلنا في هذه الد را سة الى وجود علاقة محدودة بين القروض البنكية وأداء المستثمرا ت الفلاحية فرضتها الضمانات البنكية، حيث تعمل البنوك التجارية على تمويل أصحاب المستثمرا ت الفلاحية وفق أهداف مالية لا اقتصادية، بالإضافة الى اشكالية العقار الفلاحي والحلول المقترحة في شانها لم ترقى الى تسهيل الحصول على التمويل، وبالتالي أدت هذه العوامل الى تباين أداء المستثمر ا ت الفلاحية	en_US
dc.description.abstract	Summary: This study aimed at analyzing the relationship between bank loans and the performance of agricultural investments during the period 2013-2022, at the level of the wilaya of Mila, by relying on some crop indicators. In this study, we found a limited relationship between bank loans and the performance of agricultural investments imposed by Bank guarantees, as commercial banks finance the owners of agricultural investments according to financial, not economic goals, in addition to the problem of agricultural real estate and the proposed solutions in this regard did not amount to facilitating access to financing, and therefore these factors led to a divergence in the performance of agricultural investments.	en_US
