Abstract

This dissertation aims to study the dimensions of the financial reading of the financial statements and its role in predicting the risk of bankruptcy in the economic enterprise, and that is by addressing the theoretical aspects related to this subject from all angles, using a variety of financial analysis tools and statistical models, to predict the risk of bankruptcy, as we have done conducting a case study of the SAIDAL complex.This study led to several results, the most striking of these results that SAIDAL complex has a financial balance and a comfortable financial situation and that it is not threatened with the risk of bankruptcy and can continue its activity
