Fintech and its connection to financial inclusion is a very important topic nowadays. This study aims to identify the effective role that the financial technology system plays in achieving and enhancing financial inclusion. To achieve this goal, some Arab countries including Saudi Arabia and Egypt, were highlighted through an analysis and presentation of the financial technology system, and the most important indicators of financial inclusion. Through our study, we concluded that there are many foundations and elements that should be provided in the financial technology sector, such as building a broad, integrated and comprehensive system that ensures transparency, oversight, and the necessary regulation for all financial technology companies. Facing challenges and exploiting opportunities is also required to develop and diversify the financial technology sector, in order to raise inclusion rates and then enhance it.The financial technology ecosystem in Saudi Arabia is clearly framed and has advanced structures, institutions and companies that are working in order to enhance financial inclusion. In the other hand the financial technology ecosystem in Egypt contributes to achieving financial inclusion, through permanent development and support for technology service providers to create an advanced environmenten_US
