Abstract

In this study, We discussed the definition of Islamic banks (sukuk), which have witnessed widespread adoption. They have become the fastest-growing instrument in the Islamic finance market, serving as a diverse financial tool for individuals and companies to engage in Islamic financial transactions in accordance with the principles of Islamic law. We also examined the principles and regulations governing their issuance. Finally, we highlighted the role played by Islamic banks is financing the Malaysian economy,as Malaysia is one of the leading countries in this field and occupies a prominent position
