| Description: | The main objective of this study is to highlight the role of Islamic Sukuk in activating economic development, which in turn contributes effectively to finance and collect the necessary funds and attracting real savings in ways that are compatible with the provisions of Islamic Sharia. Two international experiences have been represented, The Malaysia one and The Sudan, then find out how the same experiment on Algeria. this study concluded that the experience of Malaysia is a pioneer in the field of issuing Islamic Sukuk, while the xperience of Sudan achieved success in issuing Islamic Sukuk by addressing the general budget deficit and financing development and economic project. As for Algeria, Is still in the need of making a development of the legislative system, an tax regulation that regulates the process of issuing and trading Islamic Sukuk. |
